1987 Show
The 1987 show at the grounds was the first attempt at hosting and featuring a particular make of tractor. Minneapolis Moline was the tractor brand decided on to be the first. The club was able to host the Prairie Gold Rush group, a collectors group that had a few members active in our show. The gathering of prairie gold and red was a sight to behold. I was busy as a youngster on steam engines at that time so I don't remember a great deal about the feature maker turn out. Well, I can say that the grounds were a buzz of activity of people milling around and of course yellow and red iron. Enjoy the photo's of the 1987 show. The first tractor brand featured at the Cedar Valley Engine Club's Threshers Reunion.
